Llama 4 Behemoth
Announced on April 5, 2025
Why it's rumored
Meta previewed Llama 4 Behemoth in the April 2025 Llama 4 post as a 288B-active, about 2T-total teacher model. That post published STEM numbers while stating the model was still training and not being released. It is not a downloadable or API preview.
What to expect
No public weights or API yet. Llama 4 Scout and Llama 4 Maverick remain the shipped Llama 4 models. Keep Behemoth off routing plans until Meta publishes a download or endpoint.
