Available on Tencent Cloud TokenHub, WorkBuddy, CodeBuddy, Yuanbao, and third-party APIs including OpenRouter. List price is about $0.90/M input, $2.70/M output, and $0.045/M cached input, the same approximate rates as Hy 4 Preview. TokenHub is 50% off through 2026-12-31. Context is 1,048,576 tokens, with 65,536 max output. Text and image in, text out. Weights and a system card are promised and not shipped yet. On a blind review of 579 finance tasks, Tencent reports 3.04, against 2.97 for DeepSeek V4.1 Flash 1017, 2.68 for Kimi K3.1 Pro, and 2.68 for GLM-5.3. Internal hallucination rate is 7.2%, down from 12.95% for the preview. On Tencent's release chart, Terminal-Bench 4.0 is 55.5% and FrontierCode 2.0 is 40.6%.
